This workshop will provide fun, easy, and evidence-based strategies for understanding and supporting emotional wellbeing for everyone! Participants will:

  • Learn and practice some helpful ways to improve mood, challenge unhelpful thoughts, develop effective coping strategies, and enhance overall emotional wellbeing
  • Learn tools and tips that can be practiced individually, shared with colleagues, and used within workplaces to support mental health
  • Learn ways to support others who may be struggling with mental health or emotional wellbeing
  • Enjoy hands-on activities, videos, and guided practice to keep things fun and engaging
  • Have lots of opportunity to ask questions and discuss topics
